GetHuman-83727: After my sons flight was cancelled ** hours before departure with no offer to help him find another flight, I was prepared to have to do a charge back on my CC. Suprisingly,Cust Serv is issuing full refund and also provided $** voucher for future travel, however doubt I will try Spirit again. Too stressful. Rather pay more up front and know the flight will actually take off!
