~jpd: Couldn't complete a * ticket booking because of impossibility of signing in ,necessary for completion of reservation. Finally got thru to a human who could not solve the problem either , but she completed the booking for me ,at an extra cost of $** and passed me on to your computer people who told me how to reset the password . It did not work but they were gone. I gave up. The reservation site is a complete disaster Have no idea how to complete the bookingof luggage'seats'chec in etc. I hope the plane is there when I turn up at the airport.! I hope the pilot knows how to fly the plane.

~jpd: For that I would say two out of five.
