~JUCARDA: I JUST WANED TO SPEAK TO A PERSON ABOUT MY BAGGAGE. THE NOMBER PRINTED ON MY CLAIM DOES NOT WORK. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER. WHEN I CALL THE GENERAL PHONE NUMBER IT MAKES ME PRESS * * * THEN * THEN * THEN * AND THEN IT TELLS ME "WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO REPEAT?". I WANT TO AWNSER THE MACHINE: "NO YOU DID NOT ANWSER MY QUESTION. MY QUESTION REQUIRES A HUMAN WHY IS THIS NOT A ******* OPTION!!!!!!". ALSO MY BAGGAGE WAS DELAYED THIS CAUSED ALL SORT OF EXPENSES THAT SPIRT DOES NOT COVER. SPIRT WORST AIRLINE IN THE PLANET!!!!

~JUCARDA: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~JUCARDA: For that I would say two out of five.
