~too frequent flyer: I could not find my reservation on line via normal log in. Navigating the IVR was difficult but Option * Online reservation problems then Option * (?) speak to a technical representative worked. He needed to change my nickname to the TSA travel name, once done the reservation was visible. Good representative too.

~too frequent flyer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Spirit Air's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
