~Spirit sucks: It's impossible to get in contact with a customer service rep!!! The online check in wasn't working, so called customer service. Customer service would not let me check in!!! They said have to do it online, what don't they understand!!!! Never heard of an airline that won't check you in if there is problems with there web page. I hope the airline goes BANKRUPT!!! Will never fly again, especially since ANYTHING &EVERYTHING is an EXTRA CHARGE....Do not fly this airline because with all the extras you pay you'd might as well bought a higher priced ticket from some other airline..PLUS they also try selling a credit card on the plane, WHAT A JOKE!!!
