~FRUSTRATED: My family came ** minutes before the depart time. People told us we were LATE and told us be back the next day. I tried to call customer service. She gave me lots of excuses. The lady kept explaining because of weather problem (there were no weather problem at that time), cancellation, depart early... They told us to come at least * hours before depart time which I did not see any messages talk about it. RESULT: they still turned us away, helped nothing. I was very frustrated. People did very good job on talking but NOT doing.

~FRUSTRATED: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Spirit Air's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~FRUSTRATED: For that I would say five out of five.
