~dissapointedcustomer: This is by far the worst service ever. I will never fly through spirit again. Their prices are cheaper but if you count the ridiculous bag fee. It is better to fly through someone other airline. I have seriously considered just drive to my future locations before i fly through this horrendous airline. Their wait is ridiculous and you never get an answer. I called three times and never got a response. I got into a car accident * days before my flight and because i didn't had the accident the day of the departure. they did not covered me on anything i wasn't able to change the flight.*To sum i lost my money and time with this airline. Advice: NEVER FLY THROUGH SPIRIT.
