GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-natigre: Medical emergency on the flight with a passenger and the flight attendants watched as the man was having a seizure. His wife was calling out for help and they stood there. The whole front of the aircraft was in a panic and they didn't have the necessary skills to attend to the passenger. Pathetic. I won't put my life back in their hands. Or my money for that matter. A $*** flight ended up being *** in the end with all the hidden fees and charges. Pitiful service as well. They must pay their employees **** too because everyone had an attitude like they hated their job. I'll be spending the extra $** to fly with friendly smiles and well trained personnel from here on out. *st and last time being cheap. It doesn't make it worth my time or my life.
