~disgruntled in Denver: waited an hour, still no human voice. WORST airline...seems like a scam. SO many hidden fees, messages, contradictory promises. This should not be legal! Actually purchased a UNited Ticket just so I could get home...after the service reps in NYC promised that the airline would hold our connections!
