~anonymous: Utilized this service for one day and then cancelled my account with them. Three months later I am still being charged twice a month. I called and spoke to a customer service rep and was incredibly rude and couldn't even pull up my account information correctly. Don't waste your time or you .** cents to look up a number they will keep charging you for months even if you cancelled and claim they can't find your cancellation form.

~anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Spokeo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say four out of five.

~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Spokeo to know who you are.
