~countrygurl035: I tried to contact Spotify to purchase the monthly premium and I have yet got a reply. they accept visa*mastercard but says payment failed. I tried it *** times and still nothing. why wouldn't they have customer service and a phone number to talk to someone (a real person) this is ******** and when they lose customers it will be their own fault. Poor communication in a business means poor success and they will not last long. I don't think I want them having my payment info, something is not right about their contact info. check out the reviews before purchasing anything online.
