GetHuman-80454: The number that was originally posted directed me to an operator for another chain. She was very nice and rerouted my call. I updated the info here to reflect the accurate option. After a fairly lengthy hold (*minutes), I was connected with someone who was polite, listened to my grievance and connected me with the GM of the property. All in all very helpful. :)
