~TREVEON MCGEE: I BEEN TRYING TO GET HELP WITH MY BILL BECAUSE IT'S NOT RIGHT I BEEN HAVING DROP CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGING NOT WORK FOR SERVSAL MONTHS. I BEEN CALLING AND EMAIL LIKE A ******* FOOL. EXCUSE MY LANGUAGE. BUT I PISSED BECUASE I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY THIS WHOLE BILL IF THE SERVICE ISN'T *** PERCENT GOOD. I WANT SOMEONE FROM MANAGEMENT TO CALL AND OFFER HELP WITH MY BILL PLEASE. THIS IS NOT RIGHT YOU SEND ** EMAILS AND CALL FOR MANAGER AND NO ONE CALLS THE CUSTOMER BACK. THIS IS UNSACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
