GetHuman64850: my phone is schedule to be dis connected today.. after i have called sprint numerous of times.. to lower my bill .. that why i keep needing a payment plan .. i cannot afford to pay $*** a mth for a phone bill i can not . i been with sprint over **yrs and this is how i get treated *.lord today i can not believe this.. they promise to lower my bill in march.. they never did.. I pray you all can help me quick,, i promise to pay my past due my the *nd of june.. they still did not help me .. i am a loyal customer and this is how a loyal customer get treated .. unbelivevable.. i ahve a son in college and it's obvious there is a issue with me paying on time with a bill i can not afford
