~#newattcustomerin5days: I have had the worst experience in dealing with Sprint Technical Support. I have the Epic *G Touch Galaxy S II and within * week I've had my phone replaced * times, charging adapter and cable replaced *x, battery *x! Each phone having the same issue where the phone overheats and no longer charges the battery! Their replacement policy ***** hard! Instead of recognizing that the model is defective and replacing it with the next model in line, they continue to replace it with the same defective model!!!!!! When does it become just a good customer service decision to make it right for the customer!
