~d: I have sprint and there service when it comes to the internet is poor at best. I live downtown New Orleans, a populated area and their service here is bad. The internet works on and off, its just really pathetic that such a large corporation that prides itself on excellence ***** so bad at its job. I know that its all about the money etc. but at least give something back to your customers. I thought the purpose of buissness was to serve. There is no problem in making money and providing an excellent service, but apparently they got the money and forgot about the service. I am sure they will pull out one of a **** already pre-written excuses about how there is not enough towers, or how they are so congested, but I find these answeres extrememly suspicious and callous. I doubt that they are so strapped that they cannot do anything to address this probelm. But I guess this is what you get when you actually do not have competition, and then you wonder why there is a large fight nationally

~d: For that I would say three out of five.
