~Jen : I've had sprint for almost * yrs. most of my family has sprint. Well I begged my husband to go to sprint & he finely went. BIG MISTAKE... It started with dropping calls then went to no Internet well today I was informed his bill is ***.** dollars. Now mind you he's only been with them from the end of **** & we've paid on this account. Well we found out the sales guy lied about our plan. And of course now that I'm about to dis continue service because they refuse to take ANYTHING off the bill he's treated like ****. They are bad aboutcharges like that. They said sorry but it wasn't us. It was a *rd party store. WELL THEY HAD ON SPRINT SHIRTS NOT MY FAULT THEY DON'T MAKE ENOUGH& gotta lie to customers. Smh!!!!
