GetHuman-ajfkdem: I would like to compliment the employees of your Altus, Ok store.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-ajfkdem: After contacting your toll free number about obtaining Sprint service, we went to the Altus, Ok store. After explaining what we wanted there, your employee got on the computer to do some research for getting us service. Lo and behold, sprint doesn't cover Cordell, Ok, where we live, and he explained that to us. Your employee could have ignored that and set us up with a plan for us and left us holding the bag when our phones didn't work later, leaving us with very expensive phones that were useless to us. He didn't. Believe me, with most of the people I have had the displeasure of meeting at other wireless companies, would have screwed us, BIG TIME! Just want you to know that I appreciate what your employee did, and appreciate even more, what he DIDN'T do to us. It would have helped if the toll free Number employee had checked out availability before we drove ** miles, but the "face to face" guy in Altus saved our day.

GetHuman-ajfkdem: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-ajfkdem: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint Corporate Care's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-ajfkdem: For that I would say four out of five.

GetHuman-ajfkdem: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sprint Corporate Care to know who you are.
