GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-nshaww: How does a employee forget to order a customer a phone.? One week till I found out.. Went to get it ordered on tues. told it would be here on Friday.. Called everyday from fri to today Monday. Now I'm told it will be here Wednesday this is not acceptable. Could you go * weeks without a phone.? After they forgot I asked customer service if they could over night the phone since it has been a week and it was the stores fault. Would it have been too hard to pay a little extra to please your customers?
