~Run, don't SPRINT: Unresponsive. Lied. Dismissive. Early reps and supervisor agreed to waive ETFs for poor svc for past two years. Recd bill for $***. Cancelled svc and went to Verizon, the only one that works adequately in Melbourne FL. As a a professional I can't afford to lose a pt to suicide from a dropped call. Senior supervisor lied and denied and said we can't determine if you have poor service, because you are no longer a customer. Run....Forest Run. Deplorable customer service. Tin cans and a string would be better and this is how they treat a a loyal customer for ** years. Run...
