~madAsHell: unbelievable! Have been promised a discount by a chat rep only to find out after I clicked purchase that they cannot apply the discount. I provided a copy of the chat back to them and they escalated my case through all management. I spoke with over * managers in different days. They all promised a call back and they all broke their promise. This is the most inept, low quality, unqualified, and incompetent customer service system I have ever seen. Stay away from sprint if you want to save your sanity!
