~Rosaland: A very patiently young lady by the name of ANNEDRS was so helpful I wanted to reach into the phone and give her a big hug . She was worth the wait . And the reason why some of you have to wait so long is because of people like me on the other end trying to understand how and why's. I feel sorry for the workers and I appreciated all the help she had given me after I kept on asking her to repeat what she had told me over , not once did she sound upset. My heart goes out to her and shame on inpatient people. You're not the only caller.
