~catherine mcdow: I bought a new phone about * months ago. I got the mega because I love big phones so I can watch tv and my daughter can play games. Long story short my phone was disconnecting from the Internet every few seconds and searches then jumps back on. I called cust support and they tried to fix it on their end. They werent able to and sent me to the sprint store so the tech can fix it. The tech was not able to fix it and they would not exchange it even though I had the phone for a few days. I called cust support again and spoke to ** different reps ** separate phone calls and finally they send me a refurbished phone that had the same issue. I went through this for * months and four phones that were all refurbished. After the last phone was received I was pissed and called cust service and this time a young lady helped me. She was sympathetic to the issues that I went through. She fixed my issue and not only that she also gave me a credit for * months! Thank you Dolores so much for your help

~catherine mcdow: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~catherine mcdow: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~catherine mcdow: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sprint customers?
~catherine mcdow: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sprint to know who you are.
