~navaross: I had been calling customer service to solve an issue regarding my employee discount and every time I called i got a different person and that person asked me for the same proof that I had already submitted to the previous one. After sending the same information over and over again and speaking to several different people without success. I called this number and a person with the name Brit answered and very kindly responded to all my questions, did not make me wait and assured me she would call me the next day once everything had been clarified at around **:** am. To my surprised she actually called me back and not only that but the issue had already been resolved. I couldn't be happier with the results. Brit is an example of great customer service.

~navaross: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~navaross: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~navaross: For that I would say four out of five.
