GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-beckyt7: We where at your sprint loction in jonesboro,Ar **** stadium Blvd(Red WolfBlvd) we where told to price to pay today so we went and got the money but when we got back we where told a higher price. They said they forgot to add a tax in that why it went up. Well it was there mistake not our we should have to pay for it. Sprint lost a customer today.
