~dissatisfied only a month cust: They did not help me. Yesterday I was told a problem was solved then today I was referred to go back whgere I got the service and the satore was closed. The person did not give me a reason why the rep lied yesterday to me either. Also I was told my name was changed on the account to my former married name. All my bills are under my maiden name but someone at Sprint decided i should have to go with my former name . They are going to cut off my service because the activation fee which was waved they insist on me paying. Oh then when you cut it off you are going to charge me another ** to get it reconnected. Hm I think you are thinking because i am single mother that you can do all of this. This is horrible.
