GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman16643: Long story short...*Cort (ID I*********) saved the day. **I was extremely fed up with my local sprint store in their misguided dealings, and teetering on the brink of severing a ** year relationship with them, until I spoke to Cort today. **I can't thank him enough for his patience and willingness to go above and beyond to make several wrongs... right!

GetHuman16643: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman16643: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
