~John Dole: I'm trying to reach square about their online web service payment options - My client wants to continue to use square to process it's online payments but I can't get anyone on the line to get me an answer on how to do that. I'm going to open up a Merchant Gateway with my local bank and use woocommerce to process **k plus a month on online orders and recommend my client deletes his square account.

~John Dole: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~John Dole: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Square's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~John Dole: For that I would say one out of five.

~John Dole: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Square to know who you are.
