~Small Roller: how can a company that deals with credit cards not have a phone number. Do not us e them for processing. Rates are double, they lie, will hold your funds for weeks and nothing you can do.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Square. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Square problem?
~Small Roller: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Small Roller: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Square's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Small Roller: For that I would say four out of five.
