GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's StackOverflow.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~dm: The one thing that really erks me about stackoverflow is having to wait ** minutes before posting again. I'm going to post the freaking question anyway, so it's not like they are saving any server space. Additionally, if they are concerned about someone posting a bunch of stuff over and over again, then they need a more complex algorithm. For example, if a multiple questions from the same user get deleted or reported three or more time within an hour, THEN you could block them for an hour. But when I need to ask a question, I NEEED to ask a question because I am in the middle of programming and I need a f***ing response. Then I lose my train of thought and write angry complaints on websites like this instead of being productive. **** it!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting StackOverflow.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a StackOverflow.com problem?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~dm: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about StackOverflow.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dm: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other StackOverflow.com customers?
