~phoneman: Purchased tool box which had two left pieces and no right one. This was the fault of Stanley's packaging. Yet, I was told I would have to return to the store I purchase it from because they couldn't send parts. This means I will have to disassemble the whole thing, repack it and then start all over again. Not very helpful to the customer.
