~Cliefste: Listened first to the automated system and selected option * to hear information on a specific tracking number. Auto-info only gave me * of * tracking number ship dates. So, called back and after listening AGAIN selected option * *amount does not match rebate* to speak to a CS. Verified ship date, which was * weeks later than the online indicated. CS indicated that receipt is usually *-* weeks AFTER ship-date of rebate. Oy! Good news, got a warm body to speak to instead of a bot.
