~DEBBIE: I LOVE STARBUCKS. BUT I SPEND ON AVERAGE $*.** TO $*.** DAILY. I REQUEST A VENTE QUAD TUXEDO EXTRA HOT W*NO WHIP. I AM EXTREMLY TIRED OF PAYING THIS MUCH MONEY FOR A MOCHA THAT IS SO HORRIBLE I CAN BARELY DRINK IT. I REALLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY STARBUCKS WOULD HAVE SOMEONE WORKING THE DRIVE THRU THAT DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE A DRINKABLE MOCHA. IT REALLY IS NOT THAT DIFFICULT. ON AVERAGE I GO TO STARBUCKS * TIMES A WEEK. ON AVERAGE I'M SATISFIED WITH MY DRINK * OUT OF * TIMES.

~DEBBIE: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Starbucks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DEBBIE: For that I would say five out of five.
