~Annie: I give Starbucks coffee company * stars. They create a good experience all around, from their service, and atmosphere, to their products, and convenience. Not only is their coffee amazing, but when I go to Starbucks in the morning, I know I am always going to see someone energetic, with a smile on their face, that always improves my day a little bit first thing in the morning. The employees are always really fast, yet each drink is still to perfection. If your experience isn't great, for some reason or another, they will be sure to make it better. The atmosphere in every Starbucks makes it an ideal place for me to go work on something or meet with people. Also, the Starbucks app makes everything easier. As a gold card member, I can reload my Starbucks card in seconds* view my rewards, and much more. I would recommend Starbucks over any other coffee shop.

~Annie: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Annie: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Starbucks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Annie: For that I would say five out of five.
