~disappointed starbucks lover: I've been drinking Starbucks for ** years, in college I would sit and study there all day. Ive NEVER had an issue with anyone or anything at any Starbucks. However, I moved to Brandon FL and the Valrico Starbucks has some of the RUDEST employees. More then once they have just been awful towards me. One employee actually yelled at me over change and today I ordered through the drive through and as I received my drink I listened as an employee was repeating and mocking what I was saying! REALLY! Hard to enjoy your coffee after that. Corporate should investigate this store! -there are some nice employees but overall they are straight disrespectful to customers
