~tgfjs: * out of * live chat agents are rude. They end chat abruptly without asking if you have any other concern, or ensuring that they have answered your question(s) satisfactorily. It's the first time I've encountered Live Chat like this. They make it abundantly clear that you're wasting their time. **In addition, they are very limited in what they can do and they don't say this upfront even when you've already told them your issue. They drag you around procedures only to tell you eventually to call.**They also can't answer simple questions like approximate processing and shipping times. That's standard information (at least for companies other than StraighTalk, that is)!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Straight Talk. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Straight Talk problem?
~tgfjs: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~tgfjs: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tgfjs: For that I would say five out of five.

~tgfjs: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
