GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Straight Talk customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~StraightTalk Hater: DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT Start service with StraightTalk. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Customer Service. Hours on the phone with some rep in India that you can barely understand, and if they can't fix your issue, they cut you off. No call back, nothing. If you want your issue fixed, you have to call back and go through the whole process again. After a predetermined amount of time, they will tell you that since it has taken so long, they are going to transfer you to a supervisor, but guess what...there is never a supervisor available!!! So the same rep that has no clue is going to "continue to help you". Help with what??? They are clueless to help if the problem is not in their script. Save your sanity and stay away from StraightTalk!!!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Straight Talk. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Straight Talk problem?
~StraightTalk Hater: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~StraightTalk Hater: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~StraightTalk Hater: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Straight Talk customers?
~StraightTalk Hater: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
