~Short-bec: First off I would like to say that I never write reviews and I always promoted straight talk. With that said, I feel like people need to hear my story..... Unfortunately, my phone was manufactured incorrectly (not receiving all my texts and when talking on the phone it was echoing back my every word). The only solution was to send it back to straight talk through the mail and going without a phone, even though I spent the extra money for the Walmart warranty. I reluctantly sent my phone back on Jan. **th **** and was told I would get my new phone sent to me as soon as they received it ( * to * business days). I called Feb. *th **** and was told it was going through processing and would be delivered in * to * business days. Still trying to be patient, I waited and called back on Feb. **th **** and was told it is going through processing and would be delivered in * to * business days. ~Short-bec: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Short-bec: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Short-bec: For that I would say two out of five.
