~Suek: Horrible customer service. I purchased a reconditioned phone. Tried for * days and about * differenct customer service people to get phone activated. NO LUCK!! So they said they only way is to return the phone. Had to wait ** hrs to get email after working for * days, hrs and hrs to try to get phone activated. Then did not receive email to get phone returned. Called today, held for ** minutes then they CS person said they will send email again. Did not receive. They put me on hold and came back to say I would have to wait * business days to get new email to get phone that they sent me, and could not get activated - it would take * days to create and go through the new case to get new email resent to me. OH MY GOD!! I AM SO FED UP WITH THIS COMPANY!! WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME! Would not recommend this phone service - no way!! Buyer beware...
