~frankie miles: I BOUGHT A PHONE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO WORK IN MY AREA. IT DIDNT,SO I SENT IT BACK AND WAS TOLD I WOULD BE GETTING ONE THAT DID. I WAS LIED TOO BY TWO DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE. THEY SAID THE NEW PHONE WOULD WORK OFF VERISON TOWERS. WHEN IT WAS THE SAME PHONE UNDER THE SAME TOWERS. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THEY WOULD JUST FLAT OUT LIE TO A * YEAR CUSTOMER LIKE THAT. VERY DISAPOINTED WITH THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE
