~Wesley: I bought a new phone card to activate my phone. I try using it, I keep getting errors. I call tech support to get help and they tell me my old phone number was given to someone else. They opted to help me get it active with a new phone number. So, he asks for the number on my newly bought phone card and he tries applying it to my phone. I follow the instructions and nothing seems to work. I was tired and needed to go to bed, so I thought maybe it would work when I woke up.**Six hours later: It was still not working. I call them again, hoping I had time to resolve it before I go to work last night. The tech support person asks for my phone's info and things seemed to be flowing smoothly... Or it was. Turns out the tech support before her used the phone card that I gave to him on the phone number that is no longer mine. And thus, was unable to help me and advised I to go and buy a new card and try again. Like **** I was going to go and spend another $** on a phone card! I shouldn't have
