~Richard Britten: There was a problem with the computer with renewing minutes on my phone. It put the card on the wrong phone number. The computer said it went to *** ***-**** and stayed on the line with three representatives for over * *** hours giving each the information and it did not get resolved. The only way was to get the person it went to was to get them to pay for another card or get their security information. Of course they will not cooperate. So I will not be doing business with you company anymore.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Straight Talk. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Straight Talk problem?
~Richard Britten: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Richard Britten: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Richard Britten: For that I would say five out of five.

~Richard Britten: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
