GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-allenes: My money was transferred into the wrong account and they say it could take several days to have the money sent back to stripe and then sent to the right account.

GetHuman-allenes: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-allenes: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Stripe's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-allenes: For that I would say two out of five.
