~Melzemoo: i refused to hang up despite the repetition of suggesting i go to the website, but i cant.... as i need to speak to someone hence* THE PHONE CALL! idiots! Person i spoke to i could not understand and was a complete and utter idiot! same as last year! Maybe ill forward my phone bill to them.
