GetHuman-349149: I found out at the last minute that I needed some sort of award for someone on my team at work* however, the meeting where it would be presented was in another state in just a few days. I ordered online from successories.com and worked with their customer service representatives. They do offer a rush option for a fee but discovered they had the item I wanted in stock and so they waived the rush fee. Really, who does that?!! They could have made more money off of me but didn't! The item was delivered to the meeting as expected literally the next day. WOW!! Excellent customer service, products everything, so nice to do business with such a professional group of people!
