GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's SuddenLink customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~kpoko: I had Sudden Link for several years and experienced internet outages * or more times a year. Many of the explanations were due to "outages" in my area. I heard Sudden Link had improved so I decided to switch from ATT back to Sudden Link ** hours ago. Well, today my Sudden Link internet connection went down. I called and was told the same story I heard years ago "sorry, outage in your area". I NEVER HAD ONE OUTAGE WITH ATT FOR * YEARS! (It was a slower speed but it always connected) Sudden Link should be re named "Suddenly Disconnected". I am back to ATT. Watch out customers, they don't have the capability to provide consistent internet service!

~kpoko: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kpoko: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SuddenLink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kpoko: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other SuddenLink customers?
~kpoko: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for SuddenLink to know who you are.
