~William Wilson: YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVEL IN BAY ARKANSAS IS HORRIBLE CANNOT GET SERVICE AND IF YOU DO IT TAKES * TO * DAYS. I ALWAYS HAVE TO DIAL A TOLL FREE NUMBER TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE IT IS SOMETIMESS EASIER TO GO TO THE LOCAL OFFICE TO GET EITHER THE TELEPHO NE FIXED OR INTERNET FIXED. BESIDE THE SERVICE REP I SPOKE TO HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SERVICE WE GET IN BAY. . GETTING READY TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH MY LOCAL STATE REPRESENTATIVE AND THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, AND THE FCC.
