~Anthony: We stayed at a Super * in Edmonton, Alberta for one night. The stay itself was pretty good and the room was clean and comfortable. However, after we checked out we found over $***.** extra charges on our credit card for no reason. The front desk and management were not very helpful, so we contacted Customer Care online for Super * Hotels, and right away our concerns were addressed and resolved to our satisfaction.

~Anthony: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anthony: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Super 8's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anthony: For that I would say four out of five.
