~Sagehen: I could not reach SLT customer service for * days, to place a birthday order. I emailed Jack Schwefel, President & CEO of Sur La Table, to find out why. Due to a blizzard, the Indiana distribution center closed for * days. Mr. Schwefel got right back to me with a solution, finding the product, and overnighting(at his expense) to my daughter. His extraordinary action taken by the head of a company for a single order went above and beyond my expectations.*Christina Garrity
