GetHuman-jyllbonj: I submitted * emails now asking for help and assistance on my fingerhut transaction and have not heard back from anyone
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-jyllbonj: I signed up for a credit line with Fingerhut and made a purchase. This was to earn me **** swagbucks. I wasn't sure when those would hit my account and where I would see them pending. I sent * emails now and haven't heard back

GetHuman-jyllbonj: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-jyllbonj: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SwagBucks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-jyllbonj: For that I would say four out of five.
